Welcome to the flower fields at Pinky’s Organics—a place so peaceful, it feels like time slows down.

We’ve filled our land with blooms of every shape, size, and colour. Peonies in every shade, delphiniums in stunning jewel tones, and lilies that bloom all summer long. Daisies, yarrow, baby’s breath, and wildflowers dance in the breeze. Lavender lines the paths, so fragrant it feels like you’re walking through heaven.

Cosmos grow wild here, reseeding themselves with abandon. Snapdragons, strawflowers, and delicate filler blooms add texture and magic to every bouquet. In late summer, the sunflowers stand tall and golden, watching over it all.

And then there are the dahlias—big, bold, and breathtaking. Every bloom is different, like nature’s fireworks show.

Whether you’re here to wander and pick your own, or just to breathe it all in—this is a place to slow down, look closer, and soak in the beauty. Our flowers are grown without sprays, tended by hand, and loved from seed to stem.

🌸 Flower Options & Pricing

All of our flowers are grown spray-free here on the farm. Every stem is hand-cut, cleaned, and conditioned in our coolers to ensure freshness and long vase life. Whether you’re stopping by for a casual bouquet or planning wedding florals, we offer flexible options to fit your needs.

U-Pick Bouquets

Wander the rows, cut your own stems, and enjoy the full farm experience. U-Pick bouquets are $25 each and include a vase and flower food. Extra stems are available at per-stem pricing depending on flower type. Seasonal highlights include zinnias, cosmos, snapdragons, feverfew, orlaya, dill, yarrow, strawflower, wildflowers, and more.

Pre-Made Bouquets & Arrangements

Prepared with the best of what’s blooming—cut, cleaned, and ready to enjoy. Hand-wrapped bouquets start at $35, and arrangements in vases or vessels start at $50. Custom sizes and colour palettes are available on request.

DIY Flower Buckets

Bulk blooms for weddings, showers, and special events. A Field Bucket, where you pick, is $75 and includes approximately 50 to 60 stems of seasonal field flowers such as zinnias, cosmos, snaps, feverfew, orlaya, dill, yarrow, strawflower, and wildflowers. A Premium Bucket, where we pick, is $125 and includes a farm-selected mix of the best in bloom, cut, cleaned, and conditioned. A Luxury Bucket, which includes premium crops such as peonies, ranunculus, lisianthus, dahlias, gladiolus, and eucalyptus, is $150 if you pick or $175 if we pick and condition. Each luxury bucket includes 30 to 40 stems curated for bridal bouquets and statement pieces.

Weddings & Events

We offer seasonal, farm-grown florals for weddings and events, with designs tailored to your colours and style. Options include bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, table arrangements, centrepieces, and arch florals, as well as DIY event buckets for couples who want to design their own.

Seasonal highlights for June include peonies, lilies, snapdragons, delphinium, orlaya, dill, feverfew, sweet annie, yarrow, sweet peas, and wildflowers.
Seasonal highlights for July include ranunculus, lilies, sweet peas, liatris, cosmos, baby’s breath, lavatera, daisies, wildflowers, and cold-stored peonies.
Seasonal highlights for August and September include lisianthus, dahlias, gladiolus, zinnias, sunflowers, rudbeckia, celosia, strawflower, lilies, eucalyptus, and wildflowers.

Booking & Policies

U-Pick bouquets are available throughout the season during open farm hours. Pre-made orders require 24 to 48 hours’ notice. Bucket orders require at least three weeks’ notice to guarantee availability. A non-refundable deposit is required on all pre-picked and luxury bucket orders. All flowers are farm pick-up only; we do not deliver buckets or arrangements. Please note that exact flower varieties cannot be guaranteed, as selections are based on what looks best at harvest time.
